These terms apply when you buy from ezzo.co.uk. Please read them before you order. Ezzo is a trading name of Circle Online LTD, registered in England and Wales (company number 08354492), at Blackbrook Hall, London Road, Lichfield, WS14 0PS. VAT number 156842389.
When you place an order you make an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example if an item is out of stock, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
Prices include VAT and are shown in pounds sterling. We take payment at the time of order. We accept major cards and PayPal. If a price is shown in error, we will contact you before processing the order.
Delivery terms are set out on our Delivery page. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered.
Your right to return goods is set out in our Returns and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not liable for business losses. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. Your statutory rights are not affected.
