We collect the details you give us when you order or get in touch: your name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number and order history. We also collect basic technical data, such as your IP address and how you use the site, through cookies.
We use your data to take and deliver your order, to handle returns and support, to keep you updated about your order, and to meet our legal duties. With your consent, we may send you marketing email, which you can stop at any time.
We share only what is needed with the people who help us run the shop: payment providers, delivery couriers and our suppliers. We do not sell your data. We never store your card details ourselves.
We keep order records for as long as the law requires, then delete them. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.
