Delivery is free on every Ezzo order to UK mainland addresses. Here is how it works.
Most smaller items arrive within 3 to 7 working days. Larger furniture, and made-to-order pieces, can take longer because they ship direct from the supplier. The expected timeframe is shown on each product page, and we email you when your order is on its way.
We deliver free to mainland England, Wales and Scotland. Some outlying areas, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and offshore postcodes may carry a surcharge or a longer lead time. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure about your postcode.
Big or heavy pieces are sent on a two-person or pallet service where needed. The courier will usually call or text to arrange a delivery slot. Please measure doorways, stairs and lifts before you order, so the piece can be brought in.
