We want you to be happy with your furniture. If you are not, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to return it. Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are the exception, so check the product page before ordering.
Email [email protected] or call 0800 368 8590 with your order number. We will arrange collection or give you a return address. Please keep the original packaging where you can, as it protects the item on its way back.
Once we receive the item and check it, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days. We will keep you posted by email at each step.
If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us straight away. We will repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you. Photographs help us sort it quickly.
This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. It does not affect them.
