The whole site runs over an encrypted connection. You will see the padlock in your browser. That means the information you send us, including your address and order, is protected in transit.
We do not hold your card details. Payments are handled by trusted, regulated payment providers and by PayPal. Your card information goes straight to them, not to us, so there is nothing for anyone to take from us.
You can pay with all major debit and credit cards or with your PayPal account. Card payments use 3D Secure for an extra layer of checking.
Ezzo will never email or call to ask for your full card number or password. If you ever get a message that looks like it is from us and asks for that, do not reply. Contact us on 0800 368 8590 and we will check.
